Margo Spring is a solo music project currently based in Sofia, Bulgaria. "Margo" originates from the Bulgarian film "Margarit and Margarita", and "Spring" (the english word for prolet) is the first name of the artist's mother, which he uses because he has been dissatisfied that all his life it is not mentioned in any document.

The beginning was set on January 28, 2017 in Plovdiv, when Margo and Vlad' improvised with a socialist book (about the death of Georgi Dimitrov) and a toy synthesizer. A year later, they acquired an old Casio CT-770 home keyboard and formed The Underwears with Deso. The three come together at home and improvise musically and lyrically, recording the songs by phone. The band has a SoundCloud channel (https://soundcloud.com/odq68okdo4gg), where Margo currently uploads mostly his own songs. But there can be heard recordings from all periods of both this formation and Margo himself.

Since the end of 2019, Margo has been living in Sofia, which provides him with the opportunity to raise money for more cables and equipment. Some of them are often borrowed from NxMx (Abandonment Label), who also helped him by producing Margo Springs‘ debut album "Lesson #1", available through the BandCamp platform.

Since 2020, Margo has been successfully collaborating with Mr. Anton Spasov - a visual artist from the "Orlandovtsi" district, Sofia. Thanks to this creative partnership, the videos for "Picnic With Gary" and "Celestial Pollution" were born and the duo plans to implement new projects.

In his creative pursuits, Margo Spring revives and develops the sound of the 80s and 90s, playing with the aesthetics of various musical trends: new- and darkwave, techno, industrial, noise, psychedelic chillout, hip-hop ... Most often he uses Casio CZ 101, Korg Volca Bass, Zoom G1Four Multi-Effect pedal, and recently an analog drum machine Behringer RD-8 and FM synthesizer Yamaha DX21. He often uses Korg Monotron, Arturia MicroBrute, DigiTech Reverb and distortion effects lent to him by NxMx (Abandonment Label).

So far, Margo Spring has collaborated with artists such as NxMx, Ion Mars, Seraphim Veluvian, Fashiongore, etc., and continues to prepare new challenges for fans of experimental electronic music.
