NIANDRAZ is a Bulgarian solo project started in 2018. The sound, inspired by the world of shadows, is a complex and diffuse mixture of experimental music genres such as dark ambient, drone and downtempo melancholy. A major part of Niandraz's characteristics is the voice, which is present as a recitative or ethereal chants, immersed in deep layers of reverberation. The vocals and introspective lyrics turn the cold music of the project into a truly intimate and introverted experience.
In the current production of NIANDRAZ we find collaborative tracks with BOGZAR/mønølith, XI-N and LEK, as well as participations in compilations of the Bulgarian labels Amek and Mahorka.
